Super tasty vegan quesadillas! Crispy tortillas loaded with Violife and served with creamy sauce and salsa - the perfect quick meal!

  • 150 g Violife creamy original
  • 50 g vioblock in cubes
  • 200 g Violife original flavour grated
  • 180 g Violife tex-mex flavour grated
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 20 cm flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp mexican tomato salsa
  • fresh cilantro to garnish
  1. In small bowl, mix Violife Creamy with coriander and garlic powder.
  2. In a medium sized pan over medium heat, melt VIOBLOCK. Add a tortilla to the pan and sprinkle with half of the Violife Original flavour grated and half of the Tex-mex flavour grated. Top with another tortilla and flip over. Press gently with a spatula for the perfect melt. When golden, flip again until you have a nice crispy tortilla, for about 2-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Place on a chopping board and slice into triangles.
  4. Serve with dollops of the Creamy sauce and the salsa on the side.
  5. Sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy!
