Pizza Rolls
Pizza Rolls? We just can’t get enough! Golden brown bite sized pizzas with Violife make the perfect appetizer or snack. Unbelievably delicious vegan meal!

- 200 g Violife original flavour grated
- 75 g Violife prosociano
- 5 g Violife vioblock melted
- 1 vegan pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- fresh basil Optional
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Brush with marinara sauce making sure to leave 1-2cm crust around the outside.
- Sprinkle with 140g Violife grated Original and grate some Prosociano.
- Roll up lengthwise into a log shape, as tight as possible and slice carefully into 8 equal pieces.
- Grease a skillet with VIOBLOCK and place the rolls close to each other.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining Prosociano and Violife Original flavour grated and bake for a further 10 minutes.
- Garnish with basil leaves and pull apart to enjoy!
