Brussels Sprouts Fritters
Party snacks were never that simple or delicious! Try our vegan Brussels sprouts fritters with Violife just like Cheddar Shreds.

- 200 g Violife just like Mozzarella shreds
- 2/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 pack of macaroni
- fresh basil & thyme to taste
- olive oil
- freshly ground salt & pepper to taste
- To make the espresso syrup, place all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Allow to cool completely.
- Using a hand mixer, beat cream, vanilla and maple syrup until soft peaks form. Add the creamy and whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with the coffee syrup. Use a spoon to swirl the syrup into the cream. Sprinkle with the strawberries, flaked almonds and some cocoa powder. Serve with lady fingers. Dip in and enjoy!
