Brownie Batter:
- 1 1/2 cups Violife Plant Butter
- 10 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 10 oz milk chocolate, melted
- 2 1/2 cup icing sugar (or powdered sugar)
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp vanilla
Creamy Swirl:
- 1 Violife Just Like Cream Cheese
- 5 oz cream
- 2 oz icing sugar
- 2 tbsps flour
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a Baine Marie.
- In a separate bowl mix the icing sugar with the eggs, flour and vanilla. Whisk in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Pour into a lined rectangular baking tin (14x10 inch) keeping 1/3 of the batter aside.
- Make the creamy swirl batter by whisking all ingredients together using a hand mixer.
- Dollop the batter onto the brownie mixture here and there.
- Top with the remaining brownie batter and use a spoon to make swirls.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 330°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and enjoying.
