Rye bread Sandwich
Rye bread Sandwich for light lunch! Enjoy the flavored creamy spread with Violife cream cheese, chives and paprika. Dairy free and Wildly delicious!

- 4 slices rye bread (low gluten bread)
- 1 handful of baby spinach, washed and dried
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 4 pickles, sliced
- 2 tbsp hummus
For the creamy spread:
- 1 Violife Cream Cheese Tub
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Freshly ground pepper
- Begin by toasting the bread slices in a toaster for 2 minutes.
- Prepare your vegetables. In a medium bowl mix Violife Just like cream cheese with the rest of the ingredients until smooth.
- Spread onto the base of each sandwich, top with the pepper, avocado, cucumber, spinach, pickles and spread the hummus onto the top slices of bread.
- Close the sandwiches and press down slightly to secure.
- Slice in half and serve.
