Sweet Potato Fries

- 1 Violife cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and diced
- ½ cup yogurt, or vegan alternative
- 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha
- salt and pepper
For the potatoes
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, cut in fries
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp fine sea salt, or to taste
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper, or to taste
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- Chopped chives, for garnishing
- In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dip and whisk until combined.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl, and sprinkle with chopped chives, if you wish.
- Add the sweet potatoes to an air fryer basket and cook at 380F for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway. Air fry until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
- Serve the sweet potato fries with the sriracha dip.
