FOR THE PIZZA:
  • 1 Violife Grated Original
  • 300 g store-bought pizza dough
  • ½ broccoli, chopped
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper
FOR THE SAUCE:
  • 420 g pumpkin, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Add cubed pumpkin and peeled garlic to a baking sheet and drizzle with half of the olive oil and season. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Transfer pumpkin and garlic to a blender with olive oil and blend until creamy.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into an even circle and transfer to a parchment-lined round baking sheet.
  5. Top with one cup of the pumpkin sauce, the Violife Grated, the broccoli and the onion.
  6. Transfer pizza to the oven and bake for 13-18 minutes, or until crust edges are golden brown.
  7. Slice and serve with fresh oregano and red pepper flakes.
