Pumpkin Pizza
Unlock the chef in you with this vegan pumpkin pizza! Chopped broccoli and onion, topped with pumpkin and Violife Grated Original.

FOR THE PIZZA:
- 1 Violife Grated Original
- 300 g store-bought pizza dough
- ½ broccoli, chopped
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper
FOR THE SAUCE:
- 420 g pumpkin, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Add cubed pumpkin and peeled garlic to a baking sheet and drizzle with half of the olive oil and season. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer pumpkin and garlic to a blender with olive oil and blend until creamy.
- Roll out pizza dough into an even circle and transfer to a parchment-lined round baking sheet.
- Top with one cup of the pumpkin sauce, the Violife Grated, the broccoli and the onion.
- Transfer pizza to the oven and bake for 13-18 minutes, or until crust edges are golden brown.
- Slice and serve with fresh oregano and red pepper flakes.
