  • 200 g Violife Mozzarella flavour Grated
  • 75 g Violife Prosociano
  • 1.5 kg potatoes, sliced and fried in vegetable oil
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 150 g marinara sauce
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • fresh basil leaves to garnish
  1. Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil.
  2. Place the fries in a baking tray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Violife Prosociano and Mozzarella flavour grated and mix.
  3. Add the fries into the base of a greased 23cm removable base springform cake tin. Top with marinara sauce and the remaining Violife Mozzarella flavour grated and Prosociano. Sprinkle with some chilli flakes and place in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the tin, garnish with basil leaves and slice to enjoy!
