French Fries Pizza
French Fries Pizza anyone? Oh yes! A surprisingly delicious recipe made with fried potatoes, marinara sauce, Violife Grated and Prosociano.

- 200 g Violife Mozzarella flavour Grated
- 75 g Violife Prosociano
- 1.5 kg potatoes, sliced and fried in vegetable oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 150 g marinara sauce
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- fresh basil leaves to garnish
- Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil.
- Place the fries in a baking tray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Violife Prosociano and Mozzarella flavour grated and mix.
- Add the fries into the base of a greased 23cm removable base springform cake tin. Top with marinara sauce and the remaining Violife Mozzarella flavour grated and Prosociano. Sprinkle with some chilli flakes and place in a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the tin, garnish with basil leaves and slice to enjoy!
