Start by making your tomato sauce. Add the onion to a saucepan and sauté until soft. Then add the garlic and sauté until it turns golden. Add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, and tomato paste. Slowly bring to a simmer and then add sugar, salt, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Use a rolling pin to make a pizza shape with your pizza dough. Top with the sauce and then sprinkle Violife Grated Mozzarella and Violife Grated Original. Place on a lined baking tray and bake the pizza until the crust is golden on the edges, around 15-20 minutes.
