Mozzarella Flavour Sticks

- 1 pack Violife Mozzarella Flavour Block
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- salt & freshly ground black pepper, to season
- vegetable oil for frying
- Cut the Violife Mozzarella Flavour Block into sticks.
- Place the flour in a bowl. In a second bowl place the breadcrumbs and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and whisk to combine.
- Take each stick and dip into water, let the excess drip off.
- Then coat with flour, shake off the excess, dip again into water and then into the breadcrumb mix.
- Put pressure with your hands and make sure that you cover the sticks entirely. Shake off the excess and place on a plate.
- Repeat with the remaining sticks.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep-frying pan and fry for about 30-60 seconds until golden brown.
- Drain the sticks on a paper towel and serve with your favorite marinara sauce.
