Epic Mozzarella Flavour Sticks
The absolute vegan finger food! These EPIC Mozzarella Flavour sticks are perfect and so delicious! Fry them to golden perfection and dip in a tomato sauce. Enjoy!

- 1 Violife Mozzarella flavour block
- 200 ml oat milk
- 100 g flour
- 100 g tortilla chips, crushed
- vegetable oil for frying
- tomato sauce for dipping
- In a medium bowl whisk together oat milk and flour until no lumps are visible.
- Cut the Violife block into sticks and dip into the mixture. Allow to drip. Then dip into the crushed tortilla chips, coating evenly. Repeat with all the mini sticks.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the coated Mozzarella flavour sticks for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
- Place on a piece of kitchen towel to soak up any excess oil.
- Dip into tomato sauce and enjoy!
