  • 200 g Violife Epic Cheddar flavour block, cut in 0,5cm strips
  • 3 large white onions, in 1cm slices
  • 250 g flour
  • 350 ml oat milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 300 g panko breadcrumbs, blended finely
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • marinara sauce for serving
  1. In a medium bowl add tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, finely chopped basil and thyme and toss to combine. Add the mixture onto the rusks.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion and Violife Greek White crumbles.
  3. Top with capers and olives and drizzle with olive oil to serve.
