  • 200 g Violife original flavour grated
  • 150 g Violife le rond Camembert flavour
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 100 ml white wine
  • a pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 French baguette sliced
  • 300 g baby potatoes halved
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 red onions quartered
  • rosemary and thyme
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 red apple sliced
  • a handful of green grapes
  • a pinch of chilli flakes
  1. Heat a griddle pan on high heat and add your vegetables either one at a time or all together and drizzle with olive oil. Grill for 5-10 minutes until golden and charred. Sprinkle with rosemary sprigs and salt and set aside.
  2. Repeat for the baguette slices until golden and crisp.
  3. Rub the base of a medium saucepan or fondue pot with the garlic clove over medium heat. Add Violife Original flavour Grated and Le Rond, wine and the cornstarch and stir until melted for about 6-8 minutes. Add some freshly ground pepper and remove from heat.
  4. Serve in a fondue pot to keep warm, side with the roasted vegetables, bread and fruits and sprinkle with chili flakes to garnish. Enjoy!
