Vegan Fondue
Best tasting Vegan Fondue recipe! Prepare this lovely recipe with Violife Grated and Le Rond and spend time with your loved ones. Irresistible and vegan!

- 200 g Violife original flavour grated
- 150 g Violife le rond Camembert flavour
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 100 ml white wine
- a pinch of freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 French baguette sliced
- 300 g baby potatoes halved
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 red onions quartered
- rosemary and thyme
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 red apple sliced
- a handful of green grapes
- a pinch of chilli flakes
- Heat a griddle pan on high heat and add your vegetables either one at a time or all together and drizzle with olive oil. Grill for 5-10 minutes until golden and charred. Sprinkle with rosemary sprigs and salt and set aside.
- Repeat for the baguette slices until golden and crisp.
- Rub the base of a medium saucepan or fondue pot with the garlic clove over medium heat. Add Violife Original flavour Grated and Le Rond, wine and the cornstarch and stir until melted for about 6-8 minutes. Add some freshly ground pepper and remove from heat.
- Serve in a fondue pot to keep warm, side with the roasted vegetables, bread and fruits and sprinkle with chili flakes to garnish. Enjoy!
