Vegan Cheezy Minced Tacos
Prepare the perfect taco night! Vegan Cheezy Minced Tacos with Violife Grated Original and Meatless Farm Plant-Based Mince. Amazing combo - 100% vegan!

- 200 g Violife Grated Original
- 8 hard tacos shells
- ½ cup pickled onions
- 1 avocado finely chopped
- Juice from one lime
- A few coriander leaves
FOR THE PLANT-BASED MINCE:
- 1 pack Meatless Farm Plant-Based Mince
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- In a large pan heat coconut oil. Add the chopped onion and the Meatless Farm Plant-Based Mince. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the Plant Based Minced starts to brown. Add tomato paste, chili flakes, maple syrup and 2 tbsp of water, and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- To make the pickled onions, thinly slice a small onion and let it rest in a bowl with apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt for at least 1 hour.
- o serve take a taco shell. First add the Plant-Based Mince. Then top with Violife Grated Original. Add some pickled onions, avocado, lime juice and a few coriander leaves. Enjoy!
