  • 1 pack Violife Original Flavour Block, cut in cubes
  • 3 cup quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 cup avocado diced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup pomegranate
  • ¼ cup coriander
FOR THE DRESSING:
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
  • salt & Pepper, to taste
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients until combined.
  2. In a large bowl, stir dressing into the cooked quinoa.
  3. Add mango, avocado, cucumber, pomegranate, coriander and Violife Original Flavour cubes.
