Jacket Potatoes

- 180 g Violife Tex-Mex flavour grated, half for the filling and half for topping
- 100 g Violife Original flavour slices, in cubes
- 50 g Violife Creamy Original
- 70 g Violife VIOBLOCK, melted
- 5 medium potatoes, washed
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and fresh pepper
- Chives for garnishing
- Wrap the potatoes in individual aluminium foil pockets and secure carefully.
- Place in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.
- Carefully remove the foil and allow to cool slightly. Slice the tops off lengthwise and scoop out the potato flesh with a spoon, leaving the edges intact.
- Place the potato into a bowl. Add melted VIOBLOCK, onion powder, paprika, salt, fresh pepper and Violife Creamy Original and mash. Add Violife Tex-Mex flavour grated and Violife Original flavour slices and mix well.
- Add the filling in the potato shells and sprinkle some extra Violife Tex-Mex flavour grated.
- Place back in the oven on a baking tray and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until nicely melted. Garnish with chives and serve immediately, while piping hot. Enjoy!
