  • 1 Violife Original Flavour Slices
  • 4 Violife Epic Cheddar Flavour block
  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • spinach
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 cucumbers
  • baby rocket
  • blueberries
  1. To assemble your sandwiches spread half of the bread slices with mayonnaise, top with the tomato slices, Violife Original flavour slices and spinach and top with the other slice of bread.
  2. Using cookie cutters, cut carrots, cucumber slices and Violife Epic Cheddar flavour into fun shapes.
  3. Serve with baby rocket salad and blueberries.
