Epic Stuffed Mushrooms
These stuffed mushrooms with melted Violife Epic Cheddar Flavour are the best. Give them a try! A very easy recipe, ready in 40 minutes.

- 1 pack Violife Epic Cheddar Flavour block, grated
- 10 portobello mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup broccoli, finely chopped
- ½ medium onion
- 3 green onions
- 1 tsp oregano
- 6 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt, to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper, to taste
- Chives, to serve
- Preheat oven to 200˚C.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Place mushrooms stem side down on a baking sheet and bake until dry, roughly 15 minutes.
- Chop half of the mushroom stems and place in a bowl alongside the onion, green onion, red pepper, and parsley.
- In a frying pan add the mushroom mixture and lightly sauté with olive oil. Add the oregano and season.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let cool. Add the parsley, breadcrumbs, broccoli, and 2/3 of the grated Violife Epic Cheddar flavour and mix well.
- Place the mushrooms stem side up on the baking sheet and fill with the mixture. Top with the remaining Violife Epic Cheddar flavour and bake for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with chives and serve.
