  • 150 g Violife Prosociano, grated
  • 150 g Violife Le Rond Camembert flavour, in triangles
  • 1 vegan pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • freshly made
  • Fresh pepper
  1. Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into an oval shape.
  2. Top with a tablespoon of olive oil, blackberries and grated Violife Prosociano. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Remove and smear the blackberries on the base of your pizza.
  3. Top with Violife Le Rond triangles and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  4. To serve, slice in triangles, garnish with green onions, fresh blackberries, and mint leaves. You can also grind some fresh pepper on top for an extra kick!
