Crispy Blackberry Pizza

- 150 g Violife Prosociano, grated
- 150 g Violife Le Rond Camembert flavour, in triangles
- 1 vegan pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- freshly made
- Fresh pepper
- Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into an oval shape.
- Top with a tablespoon of olive oil, blackberries and grated Violife Prosociano. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Remove and smear the blackberries on the base of your pizza.
- Top with Violife Le Rond triangles and bake for a further 10 minutes.
- To serve, slice in triangles, garnish with green onions, fresh blackberries, and mint leaves. You can also grind some fresh pepper on top for an extra kick!
