Creamy 'Caprese' Pizza
Love Italian flavours? Our 'Caprese' pizza is ready to bake in just 10 minutes. Made with your favourite Violife Creamy. It's the perfect vegan summer dinner!

- 80 g Violife creamy original
- 1 sourdough pizza dough
- 2 tbsp marinara sauce
- 100 g cherry tomatoes halved
- a handful of rocket leaves
- fresh basil leaves only
- basil flavoured olive oil
- Roll out the pizza dough into a circle. Spread the marinara sauce onto the base of the pizza dough. Leave a sizeable rim around the outside.
- Bake in a preheated pizza oven or a regular oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
- To make the mini creamy changeballs, use a very small ice cream scoop or a teaspoon and scoop Violife Creamy, shaping it into small round balls.
- Remove from the oven and top with cherry tomatoes, the mini creamy changeballs, some rocket, fresh basil leaves and olive oil.
- Enjoy while still warm out of the oven!
