Cocoa Avocado Mousse

FOR THE MOUSSE:
- 200 g Violife creamy original
- 3 small avocados
- 300 g maple syrup
- 65 g cocoa powder
- salt
FOR GARNISHING:
- 50 g raspberries
- 50 g blueberries
- 100 g dark chocolate for shaving
- In a blender, mix the ingredients for the mousse until nice and creamy. If it doesn’t blitz easily, add a splash of water.
- Spread the mousse into bowls or jars, cover and place in the fridge to set. When ready to serve, garnish with fresh berries and dark chocolate shavings and enjoy!
