  • 1 Violife Creamy
  • 4 naan breads or flatbreads of choice
  • 4 tbsp vegan pesto sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, tops only
  • 1 zucchini, ribboned
  • 1 broccoli, in small florets
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 fresh red onion, sliced in half moons
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes to garnish (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Spread the naan breads with pesto sauce and the garlic chopped into small pieces.
  3. Top with the vegetables, drizzle with the olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and dollop with the Violife creamy, it will melt on the hot flatbreads.
  5. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve warm.
