Ultimate snack idea? Avocado Toast with Violife Greek White and VIOBLOCK, so crispy and full of flavour, can be enjoyed any time of the day. Can't resist!

- 200 g Violife greek white
- 2 tbsp Violife vioblock
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 avocado
- salt and pepper
- a pinch chilli flakes
- olive oil
- Peel and cut the avocado in slices.
- In a bowl crumble some Violife Greek White.
- In a medium pan, melt VIOBLOCK and toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and top with the avocado slices and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle on top some Greek White sprinkle some chilli flakes and drizzle some olive oil. Enjoy!
