  • How do I bake with Violife’s Creamy Block?

    When using our Dairy-Free Creamy Block for baking, we recommend keeping the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celcius) for optimal results. Because of this, you may need to increase your baking time; however, as with any recipe, baking times fluctuate based on a number of factors, so we encourage you to use other factors, such as color and texture, to ensure your recipe is baked to perfection.

  • Is it a 1:1 swap for dairy cream cheese for baking?

    Our Violife Creamy Block isn’t a direct one-to-one substitute for dairy cream cheese. So, for better stability in heated applications, we suggest combining 2 tablespoons of either potato or corn starch for every 227g of Cream Cheese Block.

  • Does it whip?

    Absolutely! Violife Creamy Block can be whipped. For the best result, ensure the cream cheese, bowl and whipping tools are cold before whipping and whip for 3-5 minutes.
