Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

  • 200 g Violife creamy with garlic and herbs
  • 200 g Violife cheddar flavour block grated
  • 6 large potatoes peeled and quartered
  • 250 g vegan heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • chives chopped
  1. In a saucepan boil the potatoes. Drain and place back into the pot.
  2. Use a masher to mash the potatoes and add Violife Creamy with Garlic & Herbs, 100g grated Violife Cheddar flavour, vegan heavy cream, garlic and onion powder and season well.
  3. Continue to mash until creamy.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining Violife Creamy with Garlic & Herbs and grated Violife Cheddar flavour.
  5. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chives and serve.
