Mini Veggie Pizzas
Mini Veggie Pizzas with perfectly melted Violife Original Grated! Simple to make with delicious veggies, ideal choice as a main or side. Enjoy!

- 200 g Violife Original Flavour Grated
- 2 medium zucchinis sliced
- 2 medium aubergines sliced
- fresh basil
- tomato sauce
- olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the aubergine and zucchini slices on a baking paper. Sprinkle them with a bit of olive oil, season with salt & freshly ground pepper and bake for 5 minutes, until they become soft.
- Remove the baking tray from the oven, add tomato sauce and a basil leaf on top and sprinkle with the Violife Grated original flavour. Replace in the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
