  • 3 Violife original flavour slices
  • 2 slices of wholewheat sourdough
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 3 - 4 sundried tomatoes
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 1 handful of rocket leaves
  1. In a toaster toast the sourdough slices.
  2. On one slice of bread, spread the vegan mayonnaise and top with the sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. On the other slice place the Violife Original slices, rocket leaves and mashed avocado.
  4. Bring the two pieces of bread together. Cut in half and enjoy!
