Ramen Noodle Bowl

    1 pack of Violife Cheddar style Shreds
  • Includes
    2 tbsp plant based butter
  • Includes
    2 packets ramen noodles
  • Includes
    100 ml oat milk
  • Includes
    1 tsp sriracha sauce (optional)

    Fresh scallions or chilli flakes to garnish
  1. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
  2. In a medium frying pan over medium heat, melt the plant based butter, pour oat milk and whisk until bubbly. Add the Violife Cheddar style shreds and whisk until a creamy sauce forms. For some extra spiciness you can add sriracha sauce.
  3. Remove from heat and add the noodles to the pan, mixing to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with chilli flakes or scallions and enjoy!
