  • 1 pack Violife Cheddar Flavour Block, sliced
  • 4 large gluten free tortillas
  • 350 ml hummus
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, chopped
  • small can of corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • a handful of fresh coriander, chopped
  1. Add in a bowl black beans, red and jalapeño peppers, corn, onion and coriander and mix thoroughly.
  2. Cut the Violife Cheddar Flavour Block in thin slices approx. 1.5cm.
  3. Spread the hummus on the tortillas.
  4. Place the filling on top of the hummus and then place the Violife slices in a row.
  5. Roll the tortillas up tightly from the bottom and gently slice them into bite-sized pieces.
