These traditional Spanish Molletes topped with Pico de Gallo salsa & Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated are everything you need today!

- 8 oz Violife Just Like Mozzarella shreds
- 4 Bolillo (Mexican Rolls)
- 7 oz refried black beans
FOR THE PICO DE GALLO SALSA:
- 3 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 Serrano pepper (minced)
- 1 tsp Cilantro (chopped)
- salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 356°F.
- To make the molletes, slice the bolillo rolls horizontally in half, spread each half with refried beans and sprinkle with Violife Just Like Mozzarella shreds.
- Place in the oven for 8 minutes or until completely melted.
- For the Pico de Gallo salsa, mix the tomatoes with the onion, Serrano pepper, cilantro, and season with salt to taste.
- Serve 2 molletes per person and top with Pico de Gallo salsa.
