Greek Pizza

    200 g Violife Feta Style

    1 vegan pizza dough

    2 tbsp marinara sauce
  • Includes
    6 cherry tomatoes, sliced

    1 red pepper, cut into strips

    1-2 cloves garlic, pressed

    1 red onion, sliced
  • Includes
    10 olives, sliced

    olive oil
  • Includes
    fresh oregano to garnish

    chilli flakes to garnish
  1. Place the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out to a circle of 30cm diameter. Top with a couple tablespoons of marinara sauce, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, fresh oregano, garlic, onion and olives.
  2. Drizzle generously with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
  3. Crumble Violife Feta Style on top of the pizza and bake for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and chili flakes and serve.
