Greek Pizza

- 200 g Violife Greek White block
- 1 vegan pizza dough
- 2 tbsp marinara sauce
- 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 10 olives, sliced
- olive oil
- fresh oregano to garnish
- chilli flakes to garnish
- Place the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out to a circle of 30cm diameter. Top with a couple tablespoons of marinara sauce, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, fresh oregano, garlic, onion and olives.
- Drizzle generously with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
- Crumble Violife Greek White on top of the pizza and bake for a further 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs and chili flakes and serve.
