For the ghosts
  • 1 pack Violife Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original
  • 1 bag white vegan marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 3.5 fl oz coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
For the brownies
  • 5 oz plain flour
  • 0.7 oz cocoa powder
  • 7 oz caster sugar
  • 2.5 oz vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 7 oz vegan dark chocolate, melted
  • 8 fl oz coconut milk
  • 2.5 oz vegan chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 356°F. Line a 8X8inch tin with baking paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and whisk to mix.
  3. Add oil, vanilla, melted chocolate and coconut milk. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Add chocolate chips (keeping some for the ghost decorations) and mix gently.
  4. Pour batter into the baking tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl whisk the Violife Just Like Cream Cheese Original with the coconut cream, agave syrup and vanilla essence.

  7. Using a spoon, pour the creamy mixture over the marshmallow, resembling a ghost shape. Use the remaining chocolate chips to decorate with eyes and mouths.
